Cancellation and Refund Policy

PRASASTH P is committed to providing a high standard of service. Please review our cancellation and refund policies below, as they apply to all services provided by AdCraft Hub.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their subscription or service agreement by providing written notice to adcrafthub@gmail.com or info@adcrafthub.com. The cancellation will take effect from the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise specified in your contract.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are eligible only in cases where services have not been rendered as per the agreed terms or due to a fault on our part.
  • Clients must submit a refund request within 7 days of the initial transaction or within 7 days after receiving the unsatisfactory service.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and transferred to the original payment method or bank account on file.
  • We do not charge additional fees for refunds; however, clients are responsible for any bank or transaction fees incurred.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Customized services that have already been delivered, such as digital marketing campaigns or ad spend, are non-refundable.
  • Ongoing retainer or subscription fees may not be eligible for refunds once services are rendered.
